By downloading, installing, or using Nivra ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Nivra is a voice recording and AI-powered note-taking application. The App allows users to record audio, transcribe recordings, generate AI summaries, quizzes, flashcards, and import YouTube video transcripts.
Nivra uses anonymous authentication. No registration is required. Your account is tied to your device. If you reset your device, your account and data may be lost unless backed up to our cloud service.
Free Plan: Includes 30 minutes of transcription per month, 3 AI summaries, and 2 folders.
Plus Plan: 300 minutes/month with unlimited AI features. Billed monthly.
Pro Plan: 900 minutes/month with unlimited AI features and priority processing. Billed monthly.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Extra Minutes: One-time purchases of additional transcription minutes are non-refundable and do not expire.
Payment is processed through Apple's App Store. Nivra does not directly handle payment information.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all audio recordings you create. AI-generated content (summaries, quizzes, flashcards) is provided for your personal use. You may export and use this content freely.
YouTube transcripts are sourced from publicly available captions and are subject to the original content creator's rights.
AI-generated summaries, quizzes, flashcards, and key points are provided "as is" and may contain errors or inaccuracies. Nivra does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. Users should verify important information independently.
We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App requires an internet connection for transcription, AI features, and cloud sync. Recording and local playback work offline.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nivra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the preceding 12 months.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App is offered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
